Job Description
Job Role: Assistant Manager Human Resource
Job Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bengaluru
Work Timings: 10am - 7pm
***Immediate Joiners Preferred***
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. She will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees. Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, use of social channels such as LinkedIn to engage and source candidates, checking applications, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to talent onboarding, retention, performance, development, succession planning, change management, compensation and benefits, and compliance and regulations. Identify and address the learning and development needs of the workforce. Ensure continuous supply, development, and retention of top talent across the board.
- Manage and engage the Hybrid workforce and drive productivity Developing, enhancing, and implementing HR policies on working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, attendance, leave, etc., leveraging software tools such as Zoho People, PeopleStrong, etc.
- On an ongoing basis, apply good knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliances, and the latest developments in HR to resolve employee issues quickly. Analysing and reporting employee data, metrics, and trends to identify gaps, address grievances/issues, and capitalise on new opportunities.
Qualifications
- MBA/Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience on all the above mentioned responsibilities.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee training.
- Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
