Position Title: Assistant Manager HR (preferably Female candidate)


Location: Oragadam, Chennai


Budget : Upto 12LPA


Experience : 7+years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) through Workday.
  • Maintain and update employee data, organizational structures, and HR transactions in Workday.
  • Handle HR operations including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Partner with business leaders and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics through Workday.


Candidate Profile :

  • 710 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Operations role.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in Workday (Core HCM, transactions, reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
