Assistant HR Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager supports in overseeing daily human resources operations, implementing HR policies, and managing employee-related processes. This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Support recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance appraisal and employee development programs
- Handle employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Support training and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or a similar role
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus
