Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources (HR)


Location: Noida (Head Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR to manage end-to-end HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, onboarding, payroll, compliance, HRMS, performance management systems (PMS), and HR analytics. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Onboarding

  • Manage complete onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
  • Coordinate background verification and maintain accurate records in HRMS
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.

2. Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance team
  • Validate attendance, leaves, and salary components
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF and labor laws
  • Prepare compliance documentation and support labor audits

3. HRMS Administration & Data Management

  • Manage HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho) ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making

4. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Drive performance appraisal cycles (annual & mid-year)
  • Assist employees and managers in setting KPIs and evaluation processes

5. HR Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on HR metrics: attrition, absenteeism, engagement, etc.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights for improving HR strategy

6. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution
  • Drive engagement initiatives and strengthen workplace culture


Desired Profile:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • Experience: 510 years in a core generalist HR role (Healthcare/Service sector preferred)
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho, etc.)
  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
