Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, determine selection criteria, and forecast staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Promote the company's culture and value proposition to attract talent.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Contribute to staff cost budget compliance, closure of open vacancies within defined TAT and managing a healthy source mix for assigned positions
- Responsible for Initiation and closure of BGV within TAT
- Provide support and advice to line managers related to human capital policies and procedures.
- To act as first POC for all employee concerns
