About the Role
We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our Mumbai office. This role involves working closely with the Senior Manager - Human Resources to support daily HR operations, manage HR-related data, and contribute to reporting and analytics.
The role primarily involves MIS and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Generate and analyse HR reports using Excel and other tools.
- Maintain monthly data on incoming interns.
- Assist in HR audits, compliance tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related initiatives and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in HR operations or data management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
