About the Role

We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our Mumbai office. This role involves working closely with the Senior Manager - Human Resources to support daily HR operations, manage HR-related data, and contribute to reporting and analytics.

The role primarily involves MIS and data management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Generate and analyse HR reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Maintain monthly data on incoming interns.
  • Assist in HR audits, compliance tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related initiatives and communication.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in HR operations or data management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
