Job Description
Roles and responsibilities :
The role is ideal for someone looking to learn & grow in the field of HR Business Partnering while gaining hands-on experience in supporting business units with talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Support initiatives to promote organizational values and a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
Talent Management:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
- Support various talent management programs for the business units assigned
- Support performance management processes, including reviews, IDPs and feedback sessions.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
Data and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement scores.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
HR Policy Implementation:
- Communicate HR policies and guidelines effectively to employees and ensure compliance.
- Provide support in driving various people initiatives.
Collaboration with Business Units:
- Partner with business teams to understand their people-related challenges and provide solutions.
- Assist in resolving minor employee grievances and escalating more complex issues as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights based on feedback.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, focus groups, or employee surveys to gather insights on culture.
Projects and Initiatives:
- Assist in rolling out organization-wide HR initiatives and projects.
- Work on ad hoc tasks and projects to support HR objectives.
Required Skillset:
- 3-5 years of relevant business partnering experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication competencies.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
