Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR (Generalist), based in Nariman Point, Mumbai. We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can independently manage core HR operations and strengthen execution across branches.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for branch & operations roles (priority area)
• Build credibility and connect with multi-branch teams
• Handle employee grievances & disciplinary matters
• Support KRAs, performance cycles & policy implementation
• Take ownership of HRMS (Spine preferred) and improve data usage
• Supervise HR Executive(s) and ensure work is completed without follow-ups
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave & F&F

Ideal Profile

• 612 years HR Generalist experience
• Exposure to logistics / manufacturing / operations-heavy industry preferred
• Strong recruitment background (branch/field hiring essential)
• Experience with HRMS & good Excel skills
• Stable employment history
• Strong ownership, discipline & execution mindset

CTC Range: 1012 LPA (based on experience)
