Job Title: Assistant Manager HR (Employee Relations)

Location: Baner- Sus

Reporting to: General Manager HR

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on employee relationship management to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be a key liaison between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective communication across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance employee engagement, address workplace issues, and support the overall employee experience while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement Engagement activities as per the Engagement calendar to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address concerns proactively.
  2. Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues. Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all employees.
  3. Talent Management: Work closely with Recruitment & COEE team to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture. Provide ongoing support to employees throughout their career lifecycle.
  4. Metrics & Reporting: Analyze employee relations metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  5. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on the impact of change on employee relations and supporting employees through transitions.
  6. Coaching & Counseling: Provide coaching to managers on effective employee relations practices and help them develop their leadership capabilities to enhance team dynamics.
  7. Minimizing Employee Attrition Rate (EAR): Develop and implement strategies to decrease employee attrition by fostering a supportive workplace culture, improving employee engagement initiatives, and addressing concerns promptly, thereby contributing to a reduction in the overall Employee Attrition Rate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and Google Studio.
