Position description:

Description

Implement and support Field force automation and DMS

• Prepared Business Blueprint for SFA, DMS
• Application landscape and support for Field Force automation
• Enhance Sales Force system and Distributor sales management system
• Understand Business requirement and support in terms of application/any tool introduction.
• Prepared SLAs and priorities of call so that can measure all fault calls and how fast can resolve fault calls.
• Prepared testing scenarios for SIT and UAT
• Coordinate with field force and Distributor, resolve application issues and ensure customer satisfaction Other Application Initiation and Support

Prepare IT Application Landscape – Development and support

• SQL database performance tuning, Assign scheduled SQL jobs, monitor ETL, Develop procedures and scripts for data migration Managing custom web & mobile application
• Application Development dot.net + SQL, Proficient in SQL server
• Provide timely scheduled management reporting
• Ability to learn and deliver other reporting / Dashboard tool
• Preparation of SOPs(DMS, SFA and other applications)

IT Project Support

• Initiate automation process in RPA and use AI ML technology
• Take active part in other IT projects, Ensure end to end project delivery as per schedule and defined scope
• Support the project and accomplish the task assigned
