Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and develop a team of campaign execution process 

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture 

  • Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction 

  • Excellent knowledge of the Campaign Management ecosystem in a Banking domain 

  • Having good understanding of Data and Data Insights 

  • Excellent/hands-on knowledge of UNICA Campaign & SQL or SAS and, UNIX shell scripting 

  • Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist 

  • Ability to articulate communications with the customer 

  • Time management skills
