We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Professional (VRF & Ducted AC Systems) with 59 years of experience in HVAC sales to join our manufacturing unit in Bangalore . Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets as per ABP and manage debtors effectively

Handle existing channels and appoint new partners/accounts to generate consistent business

Build strong relationships with Architects, Consultants & PMCs to drive business growth

Monitor stock levels at company warehouses to ensure smooth operations

Track competitor activities and provide inputs for suitable actions

Conduct product training sessions for channel partners to strengthen market presence

Enhance business share from channels, customers, and influencers

Ensure accurate sales forecasting to support manufacturing & supply planning

Who Were Looking For

Experience: 59 years in VRF & Ducted AC Sales / HVAC Industry

Exposure to working with manufacturing companies (preferred)

Strong network with channel partners, consultants, architects, and PMCs

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to analyze competition and drive market growth

Location: Bangalore (Manufacturing Unit)
