Responsibilities


Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for the Wealth Management domain.
Lead a team of QA professionals and manage the Audits and performance improvement process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Drive employee performance improvement based on Quality audits insights.
Identify and flag any quality-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency.
Evaluation of controls for efficacy and adding new controls to minimize financial errors
Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and progress.
Collaborate with project teams to address any quality-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Reviewing & publishing management dashboard, team performance reports, process improvements tracker and project status run across business group
