Job Description
Responsibilities
:Conduct Pre-Process and Process Training for New Hires/Internal Transfers
Training reports, initiatives, and certifications, etc. need to be complied with
Responsible for the Day to Day Training and Call Quality deliverables
Subject matter expert of the process and point of contact from training standpoint
Administer day to day refreshers or upskilling (as needed)
Actively pursue initiatives that aid team members in achieving individual and team KPIs
Work in tandem with Operations Leaders and team members to identify and address performance and developmental opportunities
Ability to foster and support a diverse team environment across differences (race, gender, age, sexual orientation, etc)
Perform weekly/random trending-based coaching/monitoring/tracking to provide TNIs and TNAs
Oversee facilitation of Process Knowledge Tests, monitor and track results, and other needed interventions
