We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Business Analyst
The role includes understanding business process and business requirements and translate them to detailed software requirements, Proactively communicate with Clients and developers, ensure communication flows timely and accurately across multiple project partners, manage multiple priorities in a calm and efficient way, document and analyze requirements, understand technical trade-offs that have business impact and communicate them to the Clients, effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs, acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners, both internal and external, to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation in JIRA platform
Work with project managers and developers to determine scope and priorities for product development sprint cycles
Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are developing the product as per the product roadmap
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
Encourage and motivate the teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
Conduct functional, regression, user acceptance and integration testing to verify the clients needs are met. Conducted UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.
Post testing and deployment, provide on-line meetings and calls to orientate a new client, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.
Give demo to internal and external stakeholders and potential clients as and when needed
Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
Experience in healthcare domain, excellent understanding of Agile Change Delivery Principles; Proficient in MS project, MS PowerPoint and Visio
Minimum experience in business analysis in related field
Excellent documentation skills.
