Job Description

Responsibilities

:
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and align to their business priorities; giving effective solutions and quality research outputs to help solve their business challenges.
• Manage cross-functional projects and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery.
• Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, virtual team environment.
• Relevant years of experience in conducting business research.
• Ability to create innovative frameworks and research design to conduct informational research on specific topics.
• Work closely with the client facing teams to enable their sales & strategy pursuits.
• Providing actionable insights to client facing teams through
o Tracking of latest happenings / events in target accounts (existing + new)
o Industry (trends & forecasts)
o Creation of detailed account intel packs (including business overview, financial analysis, strategic priorities / challenges, etc.)
o M&A deal screening
o Target executive profiling
o Ad Hoc research - Competitive analysis, Market Sizing, location assessment, trends, etc.
• Creation of pitches & Point of Views to enable sales showcase thought leadership to target executives.
•
• Excellent hands-on experience of multiple databases such as CapitalIQ, LexisNexis, ZoomInfo, Refinitiv, Factiva, Preqin, Law360, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• Good summarization skills
• Executive presence and ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision and with geographically dispersed teams.
• Problem-solving skills - ability to think and have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking – ability to comprehend the larger picture.
• Flexibility - ability to adapt to changing dynamics quickly.
• Relevant years of experience in client-facing role and/or understanding financial services market would be an advantage.
