Job Description
Responsibilities
Experience in managing UK/ APAC/ EMEA Benefits processes, deep domain expertise in these processes. Experience of working on Workday, ServiceNow or other major HRMS platforms is preferred.
'-Support and manage cases related to Total Rewards, Benefits specifically
- Support complex SME activities like open enrollment, benefits changes, Reporting, vendor invoicing etc.
- Coordinate with CoE and retained teams on complex cases
- Manage and administer business processes
-Manage Benefits helpdesk queries through email.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Supporting in User acceptance testing
- Manage organization change communications - Manage organization change communications
- Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members
-Relevant years of Benefits experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Relevant years of Benefits experience.
- Expertise in Benefits process and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in process automation and optimization.
- Certifications in HR operations or Benefits.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Benefits and HRIS systems.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
