Job Description
Responsibilities

Identify GB project Opportunity in the existing process

Running of requirements gathering workshops with internal & external customers
-
Analyzing and capturing requirements
-
Detailing requirements
-
Applying various LSS tools on GB qualified & approved project by Business Leader to achieve the desired efficiency gains and increased customer happiness
-
Be able to assist in coordinating Program / Project Management activities for supervising the progress of a GB/MBB project at a time
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

Graduate/ Post Graduate MBA /B-Tech or any other fields with Analytical

Relevant experience

BPO / Shared service experience

Must be flexible with work timings
