Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of campaign execution process

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Excellent knowledge of the Campaign Management ecosystem in a Banking domain

Having good understanding of Data and Data Insights

Excellent/hands-on knowledge of UNICA Campaign & SQL or SAS and, UNIX shell scripting

Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist

Ability to articulate communications with the customer
