Job Description
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of learning analysts, ensuring high performance.
- Monitor team metrics and adherence to SLAs.
- Learning Operations:
- Manage end-to-end coordination of learning programs.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training content.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams and SMEs to align training with business goals.
- Present insights on learning outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Process Enhancement:
- Identify gaps in the learning process and implement enhancements.
- Leverage analytics to optimize learning programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Relevant years of experience in L&D roles, with at least relevant year in leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in LMS and eLearning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in instructional design or L&D management.
- Experience in managing cross-functional training projects.
