Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle client operations commercial real estate loan activities Portfolio Management & Underwriting
- Design new products like Asset Valuation template, Data based analytical reports with insights
- Jointly work with client portfolio management teams to improvise existing client products with subject matter expertise on commercial real estate loans
- Bring Domain expertise in commercial loans operations and act as subject matter authority on portfolio management and Underwriting
- Applies experience to anticipate and be proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problems
- Participates in discussions cross-functional teams on process standardization, process improvements, system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies
- Engage in new client pilots, solution and review processes for new opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Graduates (B.Com)
- Significant years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Domain
- Experience, ability and amenity engaging Real Estate Clients & SMEs
- Exposure in working on CRE industry tools like Argus Modelling
- Exposure towards mid to high ticket CRE deals underwriting
- Understanding of the end-to-end Commercial Real Estate Lending life cycle
- Good communication, social skills and prior exposure to the clients conversations would be effective
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing client independently
- Execution Skills / Solution Identification/ Process Mapping and Process documentation skills
