Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle client operations commercial real estate loan activities Portfolio Management & Underwriting
  • Design new products like Asset Valuation template, Data based analytical reports with insights
  • Jointly work with client portfolio management teams to improvise existing client products with subject matter expertise on commercial real estate loans
  • Bring Domain expertise in commercial loans operations and act as subject matter authority on portfolio management and Underwriting
  • Applies experience to anticipate and be proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problems
  • Participates in discussions cross-functional teams on process standardization, process improvements, system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies
  • Engage in new client pilots, solution and review processes for new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University Graduates (B.Com)
  • Significant years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Domain
  • Experience, ability and amenity engaging Real Estate Clients & SMEs
  • Exposure in working on CRE industry tools like Argus Modelling
  • Exposure towards mid to high ticket CRE deals underwriting
  • Understanding of the end-to-end Commercial Real Estate Lending life cycle
  • Good communication, social skills and prior exposure to the clients conversations would be effective

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client independently
  • Execution Skills / Solution Identification/ Process Mapping and Process documentation skills
