Job Description
Responsibilities
· Hands on Marketing Analytics operations including brand launch support, brand positioning, customer segmentation, patient analytics, market mix modeling, campaign effectiveness measurement, Omni Channel analysis and competitive analysis for pharmaceutical brands.
· Data-driven insights and make recommendations to measure and optimize salesforce promotion analysis using statistical techniques like, MMX, Test control analysis, Optimization, key driver analysis and communication with HCPs, as well as internal reporting with key partners such as sales and marketing leadership.
· Builds and models a culture of questioning and constructive challenge to foster openness and candid dialogue.
· Encourages accountability and responsibility that enables others to act with integrity.
· Hands on experience in commercial organization analyses including sales force sizing, alignment and call planning and targeting.
· Finding opportunities for improving salesforce internally and informing solutions to drive field impact.
· Hands on experience of using statistical / ML analysis for marketing operations like MMX, A/B testing, causal analysis, optimization etc.
· Experience of leading client engagement for US based pharmaceutical clients.
· Experienced in pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, LAAD, FIA, Formulary data, Prescriber Dynamics, Payer, Digital Interaction data, Veeva CRM, Call Activity data.
· Experience in R/Python/SAS and SQL, Excel
· Familiarity with process set-up, quality critical metrics and operational issues / management
· Knowledge of various therapeutic groups
· Business analytics or sales operations in the biopharmaceutical or other healthcare industries.
