Job Description
Responsibilities
include but not restricted toContribute to the vetting process of social media channels for identified celebrities and influencers
Assist junior analysts on the vetting and monitoring of identified celebrities and influencers
Identify and report on content or remarks that pose potential risks.
Conduct continuous monitoring of influencers' social media channels for controversial content
Develop, maintain, and present detailed scorecards periodically
Implement changes to the scorecard based on feedback and evolving requirements
Analyze and interpret data using a variety of social media tools, secondary research, digital analytics platforms, and other related tools
Prepare insightful reports with appropriate storyboarding
Come to clear conclusions, implications, and recommendations on the way forward
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of the research process
Ensure project timelines are met
Work with clients to understand their business and research objectives
Ensure the clients research/business questions are answered effectively, and to their satisfaction
Drive and support Genpacts transformation towards more automation, and analytics
Internal stakeholder management
