Job Title: Assistant Manager FP&A Analyst

About the team:

• Management Reporting
  • Prepare & support team with P&L cause of change, different lines of businesses
  • Engage with extended business finance teams to understand business events & triggers
  • Analyze actuals v. outlook & prepare scorecard for leadership
• Statutory Reporting
  • Prepare quarterly report templates for analysis of Standalone & Consolidated P&L
  • Coordinate with Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Working Capital teams to prepare board presentation template
• Transformation Initiatives
  • Support development, testing & migration of ongoing transformation projects
  • Simplify, identify & initiate areas to automate month-close & management reporting activities
• Outlook Planning
  • Support P&L leads in preparing database for full year outlook
  • Consolidate inputs on business drivers, commodity rates, sales outlook etc. from business finance teams
  • Prepare P&L structure & cause of change

• VP Finance Planner & Controller , Finance Controller team , Business Partners

Profile of Candidate:

• Chartered accountant – Inter, B. Com

Must Have:

• Understanding of P&L structure
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
• Working knowledge of excel & PowerPoint
