- Candidates should be from BPO background only.
- Candidates must have experience into Mumbai/Navi Mumbai market.

- Handling Frontline hiring (Agent based)
- Total Experience - 10 years
- Relevant Experience - 1+year (AM on Paper)
- Handled a team of Team Leads, Sr. Recruiters & Recruiters
- Handled Volume, Bulk and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
- Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
- Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
- Must be comfortable with Work from Office
- Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
