Assistant Manager – Formulation SCM

Position: Assistant Manager Formulation SCM

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Dy.GM Formulation SCM

Qualification & Experience:

1. MBA,B.S.C/Packaging Development/Printing Technology/ Science Graduate from a reputed college/university.
2. Shall have a minimum 8-12 years of experience in procurement of Raw Material and Packing
3. Secondary packing material procurement for material related to Formulations Business.
4. Shall have a good exposure for procurement of Secondary packing material (Boards, Corrugation boxes, Printing process, Outserts Folding process).
5. SAP knowledge is must.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Actively interact with all internal teams in all formulation units and understand their requirements.
2. Ensure that all the supplies are in accordance with the quality standards and delivery timelines.
3. Receive and Review all Purchase Requisitions.
4. Send RFQ&39;s/RFIs, obtain quotations and negotiate with vendors.
5. Raise PO&39;s in SAP and actively follow up with vendors for deliveries.
6. Develop and Build new vendors.
7. Ensure compliance of quality standards and delivery timelines.
8. Perform cost analysis of materials and implement cost reduction initiatives.
9. Build good supplier base.
10. Process procurement data and prepared required reports.
11. To handle Vendor visits /audits.
12. Perform cost analysis of materials and implement cost reduction initiatives.

3. Computer Skill: Expertise in MS Excel and SAP.
