The consultant will support leading banks, NBFCs, FS firms and asset managers in solving complex business challenges. The consultant will contribute to the design and delivery of strategic initiatives including strategy, product design, target operating models, organizational redesign, go-to-market strategies, and process reengineering. The consultant will also assist in business development activities such as pitch preparation and proposal writing.- Support the development and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs) to align business strategy with operational capabilities.
- Assist in organizational structure redesign to improve efficiency, agility, and scalability.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy development, including customer segmentation, value proposition design, and channel optimization.
- Participate in process reengineering initiatives to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Support program and project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform client recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and workshops.
- Assist in the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses for prospective clients.
- Conduct research on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor strategies to support business development.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership by supporting the development of whitepapers, blogs, and internal knowledge assets.
- Participate in practice development activities, including methodology refinement and tool development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
