About the Role

We are looking for finance professional with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Skilled in partnering with crossfunctional teams to drive topline efficiency, cost optimization, and working capital improvements. Adept at deploying advanced analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, Python/Alteryx) to create datadriven insights, streamline reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Head FP&A in financial performance animation and risks and opportunities discussion :

1. Preparation of accurate annual budgets and monthly rolling forecast in liaison with key functional controllers (topline, operations, overheads)
2. Identify areas of opportunities to improve financial performance and challenge other functions to incorporate these in the forecasts
3. Maintain close liaison with all business functions to identify risks and bring them up in the forecasting discussions

Financial Performance Analysis and Reporting :

1. Analyze financial performance against forecasts and explain variances for each P&L line.
2. Timely and accurate reporting as per Company reporting requirements including monthly flash call/actual performance
3. Deploying advanced data analysis tools and ensuring all Company databases (excel and other tool based data bases) are accurate

Lead Free Cash Flow animation through Cash Committee process collaborating with all relevant functions :

1. Ensure accurate forecasting of free cash flow (Direct & Indirect)
2. Devise key action plans and ensure delivery of the same to deliver cash flow targets
3. Key focus on Working Capital improvement & KPIs of DPO, DSO & DIO.
4. Detailed variance analysis for actuals vs projection

The incumbent will be exposed to all functional departments of Finance and should be willing to work hands on in each department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• At least 3 years experience post qualification and minimum 2 years experience in FP&A role.

Required Skills

• Expertise in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in powerful advanced analytics tool such as PowerBI / Alteryx / Python etc.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills; go-getter & self-driven.
