Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst. Manager Finance based in Ahmedabad. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and strategic financial reporting to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
• Oversee accounts receivables/payables, cash flow optimization, and working capital management
• Lead financial reporting, MIS, P&L analysis, and KPI dashboards for senior management
• Ensure GST, TDS, income tax compliance, audits, and statutory filings
• Manage banking relationships, loans, funding, and cost control initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments, internal controls, and process improvements
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership for financial strategy and decision-making
• Mentor finance team and implement ERP/financial systems

Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance) preferred or ICWA/CMA; Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance
• 2+ years of experience in finance management (manufacturing/textiles preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP/Oracle Finance modules, advanced MS Excel/Power BI
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and financial modeling
• Proven leadership in team management and stakeholder communication
• Fluency in English, and Hindi (written/verbal)
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and audits

Desirable Skills:

• CFA or related certifications
• Experience in ERP implementation and financial automation
• Knowledge of export finance, forex, and supply chain funding
