We are looking for a well-educated, reliable, and disciplined professional to take up a long-term leadership role within our Indian operations.


Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Finance & Operations will play a key role in managing financial control, HR administration, and day-to-day operational coordination. This position acts as a bridge between Finance, Operations, Administration, and Management, ensuring smooth workflows and strong internal discipline without creating unnecessary pressure on teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily accounting and financial operations

* Maintain and control Zoho Books and related financial modules

* Handle GST filings, invoicing, statutory compliance, and audits

* Track payments, receivables, and financial retentions

* Prepare balance sheets and financial reports for auditors

* Manage HR administration, employee records, and payroll processing

* Oversee attendance tracking and salary compliance

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal policy implementation

* Coordinate effectively with management and internal departments


Qualifications & Experience

* Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred)

* Minimum 3+ years experience in Finance & Accounting roles

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance


Skills & Requirements

* Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books

* Hands-on experience with GST, invoicing, accounting, and compliance

* Exposure to audits and financial reporting

* Experience with HR software, payroll, and attendance systems

* Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)

* Working proficiency in Hindi


Compensation & Growth

* Salary: INR 30,000 per month
