Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end executive presentations with key performance metrics, insights, and trends.
  • Track utilization, realization, bill rates, rate variance, and margin performance.
  • Forecast production and analyze capacity versus utilization to support planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with time-entry policies across regions and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist in designing Power BI dashboards and collaborate with our Business Intelligence team to build the reports.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and prepare KPI summaries and bridges.
  • Partner with Operational Leadership, BP&A, and Analytics teams.
  • Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, escalating risks and delivering high-quality outputs on time.


Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • 5-8 years of experience in reporting; FP&A background preferred, with prior exposure to a CPA firm being an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple regions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
