Job Description
Manage end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting processes across P2P, O2C, R2R, and payroll.Review and ensure accuracy of accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reports.Oversee timely tax compliance including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.Lead a team of executives; allocate tasks and review work for quality and timeliness.Act as primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.Identify areas for process improvements and drive standardization and automation.Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and risk management protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, audit, and IT as needed.Train and mentor junior team members to build domain capability.Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting scope expansions.Handle audit support including data collation, query resolution, and walkthroughs.
