JOB PURPOSE

Controls Budget and Expenses of M&S Area. It also controls proper accounting and attends  audit requirements.

For controlling After Sales business includes, Finalization of Business Plan, Month end closing & Reporting, Variance Analysis , Proposal validation and cost optimization,

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Business Partnering

• Developing Annual business plan and Forecast

• Budget monitoring

• Managing local and regional stakeholder

• Evaluating business proposal , identifying risk & opportunity , along with mitigation plan for risks

• Parts Pricing and Transfer Pricing validation

• Providing data insights to support business decisioning

• PDCA for Major Proposals

Closing & 'Reporting                                        

• Adhering to month end closing & reporting schedules

• Monthly PL creation and Variance Analysis and presenting to Business head

• Monthly trend analysis  & COGS reconciliation

• Ensuring Controls & Compliance for all financial transactions

Others

• Process  improvement & automation

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

CA or CMA

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

6-8 years of experience in Planning , Analysis and controlling ship

With excellent Excel & PPT skills
