Job Summary:

A leading food & beverage manufacturing company is hiring Chartered Accountant for a high-impact role that combines core finance operations with strategic finance transformation initiatives. The candidate will work directly with the CFO and play a key role in upcoming ERP implementation and IND AS transition. This role is ideal for a high-potential, learning-oriented CA who wants exposure beyond routine accounting.

A leading food and beverage manufacturing company engaged in converting farm-sourced produce into shelf-stable consumer food items that are widely used in beverages, desserts, and snacking categories. The business blends traditional fruit processing techniques with modern production and packaging to cater to both direct consumers and bulk buyers.

Designation: Assistant Manager Finance

Reporting to: Head of Finance

Location:

• Role will initially be hybrid between Wai and Pune
• Over time, the role will transition to Pune-based

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Drive finance process improvements and automation
• Identify process gaps and implement better controls
• Play a key role in upcoming ERP selection and implementation
• Lead and coordinate the IND AS transition
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization

Role Requirement

- Must Have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Self-driven and high on learnability
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime

- Good to Have

• Exposure to manufacturing or FMCG sector
• Experience in audit, process improvement, or system implementation
• Interest in finance transformation roles

Education: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 04 years post-qualification experience (CA)
