Assistant Manager - Finance

Assistant Manager-Finance will provide strategic, data-driven insightful analytics & recommendations to the management based on thorough financial analysis and projections.

We are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 35 years of post-qualification experience, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in Power BI. Prior experience in the real estate sector will be an advantage, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in cash flow preparation

Support forecasting, and long-range planning processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Analyze monthly financial performance, variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models using Power BI and Excel to support business decision-making.

Provide timely and accurate reporting of key financial metrics, KPIs, and management reports.

Partner with business teams to evaluate new opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
