We are seeking an Assistant Manager Finance (CA) for a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role entails overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance, and taxation matters. The candidate will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and support strategic financial decisions by providing insights and recommendations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and process improvement.

• Strong expertise in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Forecasting
• Proficiency in Auditing, Taxation, and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent Accounting knowledge, including understanding of IFRS and GAAP principles
• Proven skills in Financial Planning, Risk Assessment, and Process Optimization
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and financial management software
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage
