Role Description

This full-time position as Assistant Manager Finance (CA) is an on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, supporting financial operations, reporting, and transaction-related work.

Qualifications

• Preparation and review ofmonthly MIS, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
• Supportstatutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
• HandlingGST compliances , returns, reconciliations, and assessments
• Support inbudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assistance indue diligence, business transfers, and transaction support (M&A exposure preferred)
• Coordination with external consultants, auditors, and legal teams
• Ensuring strongfinancial controls and process improvements

Candidate Profile

• QualifiedChartered Accountant (CA)
• ~2 years of post-qualification experience , preferably in industry, Big 4, or mid-size CA firm
• Strong understanding ofaccounting standards, taxation, and compliances
• Hands-on withExcel , accounting systems (Tally /SAP preferred)
• Prior exposure totransactions, restructuring, or M&A will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
