Assistant Manager Facilities (AM Real Estate)

(RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Acting as direct liaison between senior management and the contracted team(s) to help maintain & manage the company’s real estate properties
• Maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Vendors & Internal Teams
• Keeping a regular track and manage the assigned real estate on daily basis,
• Working with Facilities Business Leader and legal team to scrutinize & update legal documents,
• Coordinating directly with in-house facilities and 3rd party property management professionals to ensure targeted solutions on property upkeep & enhancements at the site
• Managing & documenting knowledge and tools to best facilitate the company’s need for optimal site management & operations,
• Collaborating with Facilities Business Leader & other teams to manage due diligence, budgets/forecasts & revisions, and invoice payment management
• Remotely managing other sites for mandatory compliance audits and supporting of facilities
• Making internal presentations for senior facilities management for enabling several activities & enabling decision making
• Owning & Managing internal facilities processes and assigned work
• Keep a regular track on tasks & support provided by the facilities team

(REQUIREMENTS)

• Has worked in current profile for at least 1-2 years, or has experience
• Has knowledge on services of Facilities management and know how on technical side will be an advantage
• Flexible to work in shifts/ working days as per business need
• Knowledge of Excel, Emails, Computer
• Education as per Alight requirements
