Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Lead specializing in the SAP Customer Service (CS) module. The ideal candidate will have up to 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP CS, a strong understanding of service management processes, and a proven ability to lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations and integrations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.Configure and customize the SAP CS module, including Service Orders, Notifications, Warranties, Installed Base, and related components.Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and FI (Financial Accounting).Provide end-user training and ongoing support during and after SAP CS implementations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS processes, configurations, and integrations.Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements within the SAP CS module.Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation activities to ensure system reliability and compliance.Maintain a strong understanding of service management processes, including repairs, warranties, and service contracts.Leverage experience with integration points between SAP CS and other SAP modules to optimize business processes.Educational RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.SAP certification in Customer Service (CS) or related modules is preferred.Additional certifications or coursework in project management or related SAP modules (SD, MM, PM, FI) are a plus.
