Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Ecommerce Advertising with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising. This is a performance-driven role with ownership of Amazon Ads and partial responsibility across other leading marketplaces. The role requires deep expertise in campaign optimization, data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and close coordination with catalog, operations, and finance teams to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Amazon Advertising:
Own end-to-end Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve target ACoS / TACoS in line with category benchmarks.
Perform keyword research, search term mining, bid optimization, and bulk campaign management.
Manage advertising strategy for major sale events such as Prime Day, GIF, BBD, and other Amazon-led promotions. Monitor Buy Box performance across all active ASINs and escalate deviations.
Track product ratings, reviews, and review velocity on a regular basis.
Audit suppressed or inactive listings and ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal teams.
Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations using bulk data and advanced Excel.
Coordinate closely with catalogue, operations, and pricing teams on listing quality, stock availability, pricing competitiveness & Buy Box health.
2. Other Marketplaces Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize PLA campaigns across Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Myntra & other relevant marketplaces.
Drive visibility, efficiency, and ROI through continuous performance optimization.
Ensure alignment of advertising strategy with platform-specific guidelines and performance benchmarks.
Qualification & Experience
Education: Graduation from any discipline
Professional Certifications: Amazon Advertising and Google Analytics certifications is good to have
Experience: 4-7 years Skills
Functional
o Proven track record in driving growth within a D2C brand, with a strong focus on Amazon.
o In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller, Vendor Central tools and amazon policies and procedure
o Skilled in managing relationships with vendors, partners, and both internal and external resources.
o Experienced with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytical tools for performance tracking.
o High level of proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation and analysis.
o Excellent analytical skills paired with strong problem-solving abilities to drive strategic improvements.
