We are Hiring Assistant Manager (Domestic Finance)

We are hiring an Assistant Manager Domestic Finance to join our Finance team at Gurugram, Haryana. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring compliance, supporting monthly closures, and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, vendor ageing, and payment reconciliations
• Process and verify C&F invoices in SAP as per defined controls
• Perform inter-unit reconciliations and coordinate corrections
• Handle monthly book closures, provisions, and expense control
• Conduct variance analysis of expenses (cost centre-wise)
• Maintain and review fixed assets register and capitalization
• Ensure accurate TDS and GST booking and reconciliation
• Support preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and audit schedules
• Work in SAP for cost and profit centre accounting
• Prepare MIS and management reports with effective communication

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
• 512 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of monthly closing, GST, TDS, fixed assets, and SAP
• Industry preference: Manufacturing, Automotive, Power Solutions
