Job role -Assistant Manager(Client Service)

Experience - 4 years +

Salary Bracket - 4.5 LPA

Job description -

Handling Listed / Unlisted company
Dividends coordination for the dividend processing
Handle walking shareholders grievances regarding physical shareholders.
Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries.
Interact with the client constantly, to know the area of improvement.
Coordinating with other intermediaries, to solve the client specific queries or other requirements.
Ensuring timely service within time as specified by Regulatory Authorities.
Independently handling the escalations from companies & intermediaries.
Resolving customer queries via Phone, Email and Face to face meetings.
