Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and creative candidate for a role in marketing team to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for redBus.
The key responsibilities of the role will include -
Develop deep understanding of travel and hospitality category (online bus, train and hotel booking) through competitive analysis, audience insights, new channels experiments, industry benchmarking, and trend research with an objective to build scalable playbook for paid user acquisition campaigns.
Define campaign objectives, target audience strategies, budgets, and KPIs in alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
Lead the strategy and planning of integrated digital marketing campaigns focused on both brand awareness and performance outcomes.
Work closely with digital marketing agencies to brief, review, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, product, analytics) to ensure strategic alignment and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Monitor performance metrics and derive inights to recommend optimization strategies for continuous improvement of key KPIs.
Ensure campaigns are leveraging the full digital ecosystem effectively, including media mix, targeting, channel selection, attribution, and retargeting strategies.
Stay current with platform updates, industry innovations, and evolving digital marketing trends to proactively adapt strategies.
Educational Qualification: : MBA from a Tier 1 College
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Key skills required for the role:
Hands-on experience on Programmatic campaigns, ad networks, MMP, Meta AA, GCM, Google ADH
Extremely data driven and numbers driven approach to media planning, campaign optimization and measurement of impact for marketing efforts
Experience in managing and collaborating with digital marketing agencies, including briefing, execution, and performance reviews.
Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including media planning, funnel strategy, targeting, measurement, and optimization.
Strong analytical mind-set with proficiency in tools such as, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mobile Measurement Platforms, ADH.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and cross-channel attribution modelling and remarketing.
