Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 2–4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and 3D visualization. This role will bridge design and marketing, contributing to sales tools, sample-flat development, and ideation for theme-based designs. The ideal candidate should bring fresh design thinking, strong visualization skills, and the ability to integrate marketing insights into design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visualization

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and visualization outputs.

• Support sample-flat planning, design, and execution with attention to detail and customer experience.

Marketing Collaboration

• Translate marketing ideas into design elements that enhance customer engagement and sales storytelling.

• Design sales and marketing tools such as concept boards, layout presentations, theme boards, brochures, and visual assets.

• Participate in ideation for theme inculcation in project designs and marketing narratives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to align design outputs with brand positioning and customer expectations.

• Coordinate with the Design/Architecture Team for concept finalization, detailing, and execution.

• Assist in creating cohesive design language across project visuals, sample flats, and marketing collaterals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in architectural design, interior design, and 3D visualization.

• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (as per company need).

• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and creativity in conceptual design.

• Ability to convert marketing insights into meaningful design outputs.

• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working on sample flats, marketing collaterals, or real-estate projects.

• Exposure to brand/theme-based design development.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables.
