The AM/DM admission is an important role that requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational & demographical knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to counsel the admission aspirants & helps them in decision making for admission.

About the role: The AM/DM (Mathura/Agra) admission is responsible for managing the admissions process for prospective students & walk-ins at campus. This includes developing strategies to counsel and enroll the aspirants, guide the student to enroll for GLAET, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Needs to visit the schools of location allotted & meet the Principals whenever required and maintain the relationship with school to organize events.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive admission strategies to meet the targets.
  3. Analyze market trends and demographic data to identify target markets and develop outreach plans such as open house, motivational sessions etc.
  4. Need to connect with the admission aspirants & guide them during admission process.

Skill Required:

  1. Good communication skill.
  2. Capability to analyze data.
  3. Good counselling skill.
  4. Good Managerial skill.


Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
