About the role: The AM/DM (Mathura/Agra) admission is responsible for managing the admissions process for prospective students & walk-ins at campus. This includes developing strategies to counsel and enroll the aspirants, guide the student to enroll for GLAET, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission experience.
Responsibilities:
- Needs to visit the schools of location allotted & meet the Principals whenever required and maintain the relationship with school to organize events.
- Develop and implement comprehensive admission strategies to meet the targets.
- Analyze market trends and demographic data to identify target markets and develop outreach plans such as open house, motivational sessions etc.
- Need to connect with the admission aspirants & guide them during admission process.

- Good communication skill.
- Capability to analyze data.
- Good counselling skill.
- Good Managerial skill.
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
