Job Opening: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Fundraising
Location: University Campus, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra 411021
Nature and Days of Work: Full-time, On-site (Monday to Friday; flexibility required for events, campaigns, and travel)

Key Responsibilities
1. Donor Engagement & Support
- Support donor communication, meetings, campus visits, and engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing donor reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and commitments.
2. Fundraising Operations & Pipeline Management
- Support prospect research and maintain donor and prospect pipelines.
- Update and manage fundraising trackers and CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, concept notes, and briefing materials.
3. Proposal & Documentation Support
- Coordinate inputs for funding proposals, grant applications, and reports.
- Work with academic, finance, and programme teams to gather required information.
- Track milestones and utilisation updates for funded projects.
4. Events & Campaign Support
- Support planning and execution of donor events, alumni engagements, and fundraising campaigns.
- Manage event logistics, communication, and post-event follow-ups.
- Assist in digital and email-based fundraising initiatives.
5. MIS, Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare periodic MIS and dashboards for internal review.
- Ensure documentation and processes comply with internal policies and donor requirements.
- Support audit and compliance-related documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Postgraduate degree in CSR, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 25 years of experience in fundraising, development, CSR, partnerships, donor relations, or related roles.
- Experience in higher education, non-profits, foundations, or CSR environments preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Experience working with CRM systems, databases, and MIS reporting
- Strong documentation, proposal coordination, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
