Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - B2B (Mastermix) - Navi Mumbai

We are hiring for Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - B2B (Mastermix) - Navi Mumbai.

Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Acquire new customers and build a robust, high-quality sales pipeline
• Manage, nurture, and grow existing customer accounts
• Lead customer onboarding, engagement, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve defined acquisition and revenue targets
• Share basic MIS and sales performance reports

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer-centric and result-driven sales approach
• Sound understanding of Drymix products, including:
• Tile Adhesives
• Wall Putty
• Ready Mix Plasters
• Strong technical knowledge of cement, polymers, minerals, and their role in product performance
• Ability to understand and explain performance parameters and product specifications
• Experience dealing with project engineers at construction sites is highly preferred

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction chemicals / drymix / building materials sales.
• Proven experience in B2B sales to manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of:
• Drymix products (putty, tile adhesive, etc.)
• Polymer premix / additives / formulations
• Ability to confidently engage with factory owners and technical decision-makers.
• Experience in toll manufacturing / contract manufacturing business models is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
