In our BPS Tax team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Your role will include:
The Assistant Manager Payroll Solutions will play a pivotal role in driving payroll transformation engagements with clients. This role requires deep expertise in Global Payroll Delivery to join our payroll operations team supporting the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing payrolls across multiple EMEA countries particularly UK, Cyprus, Germany, and Spain with a deep understanding of local statutory and compliance frameworks. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned MENA Countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Process payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, variable payments, and statutory adjustments.
- Coordinate with in-country partners and vendors to validate payroll results and reports.
- Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations and ensure issue-free sign-offs.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be from a payroll background with 2-3 years of experience in MENA countries like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar or Egypt.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Desired/Preferred expertise: Knowledge of SAP is a must.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the payroll team for any queries.
- Confident and Flexible enough to meet team requirements. Individual contributor.
