Assistant Manager (Deduction cell) - Accounts & Finance

The incumbent in this role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the plumbing, electrical, Mechanical and fire fighting aspects of the Project. Should have deep understanding of MEP design and execution of MEP works in the hospital construction phase. Leads the design and delivery of critical hospital infrastructure, ensuring HVAC systems with infection control compliance, reliable power with full backup, medical gas networks, and water systems that support uninterrupted, life-saving operations. The role emphasizes patient safety, system resilience, energy efficiency, and strict adherence to healthcare regulations and codes.

About the Role

To ensure proper credit /TPA billing as per MOA/SOC and review payment deduction at the time of settlement and follow up with sales and marketing team for recovery. TPA Policies are implemented across network and billing error cases share with unit billing/finance team for further control.

Responsibilities:

• To provide analytical support and prepare MIS.
• To ensure timely closure of deduction entry.
• To attend meetings with TPA and explain deduction reasons to them for deduction payment recovery.
• Ensuring billing policies are followed.
• Closure on deduction entry.
• Adherence to systems & processes.

Required Skills :

• Should have Excellent Computer & Presentation skills.
• Ability to set up processes - across functions and monitoring them.
• Must have advance excel skills

Qualifications : B.A. B. com with relevant experience of 5 - 6 yrs in the Healthcare industry.
