Job Description

Responsibilities

Understand business needs and objectives to develop self-sustaining data visualization automations

Perform data analytics on large data sets to identify trends, make forecasts and generate insights

Extract, modify and standardize data from across multiple sources ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery

Work with Genpact teams based in multiple locations to collaborate and provide support

Minimum Qualifications

Prior exposure to Data Analytics should have handled automations and visualization solutions

Good command of Advanced Excel; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., R and Python)

Excellent communication skills

Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities

Good written and verbal English language skills

Bachelors or masters degree

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1-2 large scale enterprise level Power-BI Implementation

Building up Strong COE Approach

Integration with R, Python will be an added advantage

Solid grasp of tool functions, limitations, and hidden features

Certified Power-BI developer. Migration and Upgrade experience. Power BI Cluster Management and Performance tuning is added advantage.
